So, when an employee calls about a damaged device, you can be ready with dell accidental damage service. You will have peace of mind knowing you can easily repair or replace laptops used by your mobile employees, even when they are traveling or working off-site. That makes it an ideal option for systems that are routinely exposed to high-risk conditions, including devices like thin clients and those used in medical, retail, classroom, police and military settings.

Our accidental damage service is a great choice at home, too. Whether your tablet screen gets cracked in your bag or purse or a drink is spilled on your laptop or thin client, you can count on accidental damage service to keep your device up and running. Coverage for drops, spills, power surges and broken lcd screens makes it easy to get your device repaired.

Coverage for everyday accidents and high-risk situations this program picks up where your standard warranty leaves off. In the event that one of your covered devices is accidentally damaged, you simply contact us directly. After we identify the cause and extent of damage, we provide the repair services needed to get your equipment back in working order. If necessary, we can also provide certified data destruction and disk disposal services to help you meet compliance requirements.

  1. The term of Service purchased may not exceed the length of Customer’s underlying Delllimited hardware warranty, or service contract for the Supported Product.This Agreement does not cover and we are not obligated to repair or replace: Any damagesarising from acts of God such as, but not limited to, lightning, flooding, tornado,earthquakes, and hurricanes.
    Service coverage is limited to one Qualified Incident per Supported Product per 12 monthperiod commencing from the start date of the term of Service.
  2. If you need service for the System outside the Covered Service Area (for example, whiletraveling, or if the System has been relocated to a new country), then Dell may offer youother service options for an additional charge.
